As a first time buyer with a limited budget I wanted to create my dream home on a shoe string. On moving, my first priority was to sort out the sound proofing between my flat and the flat below. I had contacted several builders but none were willing to lift floor boards to create the maximum insulation and sound proofing needed. I was introduced to Kristoph and his team through a colleague at work and he has been my answer to prayers. They soundproofed the flat, renovated my bathroom and kitchen and built much needed storage and cupboards, all to a high standard. KS Construction’s finishing is immaculate and my neighbours have commented on how hard working and efficient they’ve been.

KS Construction did a fantastic job on completely renovating my house from top to bottom. This involved everything from structural building work, re-plastering, decorating, plumbing, new bathroom, new kitchen, electrics, lighting, sanding and treating floorboards, to made to measure shelves, shutters and cupboards – a complete make over. Trust was paramount since I was not living at the property and they had direct access for 11 weeks, but they ensured the house was completely secure and left tidy at all times. They completed the project on time, within budget and delivered a superb finished end result with meticulous attention to detail, stress- free. No problem was too big for Kristof and his team, who were extremely punctual, courteous, polite, trustworthy and hard working.

KS Construction undertook external works to my property/garden, repairing a faulty drainage system and an un-level unsightly concrete area with new pipes, levelled off landscaped tiered decking, re-rendering and pointing of side of house and garden wall, new soffits and guttering and new garden fence. They went out of their way to ensure a high quality job was delivered very reasonably, on time, to a very high standard and with minimum disruption. Their manners were impeccable, always taking off their shoes when they came into the house and conscious of not leaving a mess. I was very impressed with how everyday they tidied their workspace before leaving and finished the job with a complete clean of the area.
